Dr. Doryn Adel Roy
Dr. Doryn Adel Roy is a leadership development consultant, workforce training facilitator, and organizational strategist whose work sits at the intersection of organizational strategy and human behavior. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a combination that allows her to develop leaders who are both strategically sharp and genuinely self aware.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Adel has designed more than forty professional training courses and facilitated leadership programs for audiences ranging from fifty to three hundred participants across public sector, nonprofit, educational, and community settings. Her engagements include the Los Angeles Urban League Business Institute, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and LA-Tech, where she has delivered applied leadership curricula to students, professionals, and workforce participants alike.
She built Pivotal Change Solutions Leadership Academy to bring that same rigor and real world focus to organizations everywhere, through a structured Foundational, Manager-to-Manager, and Executive curriculum that turns leadership theory into daily practice.
