Commencing a journey in the gloom of life is daunting, especially buried underneath the burden of millions of decisions that must be made. These choices begin with the quality of the environment surrounding the selections and you. It might feel like you must claw your way out of the conditions in which your formation scaffolding was formed. Be mindful of where you are and the obstacles and societal forces that oppose any effort to maneuver around or overcome them to achieve. Do not fear or fail to make decisions to venture forward. View this as a necessary task since you have an appointment with Destiny.

Understanding you internally

Determining what type of leader, you are too become will help guide your undertaking. Time and life experiences are essential to living. Without them, there is a tendency to become flippant and judgmental of the lives of others and circumstances. The lens through which we view life will sometimes become clouded and one-dimensional, reflecting only a singular perspective.

The Decision to Advance

Regardless of circumstances that helped you, a determination must be made to edge forward. Yes, it might sometimes feel more like an edging than venturing toward the light. Locating a focus point that mentally elevates and creates an internal drive toward the light you have prepared for yourself. This will supply the fuel to push past obstacles and everything that might present a hindrance on the journey.

Take ownership of your advancement in life with all its quirkiness.

We live in an age where few adults admit to wrongdoings. Taking ownership of errors leads to increased internalizing and introspection of the details of self-healing. This is essential for leaders to embrace, as they will spend time in much introspection.

Assumptions

Imagination gone wild. It is a natural progression in some cultures to assume – assume the best or the worst and run with it. Spreading rumors and tales is a normal phenomenon, and the embellishment of details is expected. Understand that other people’s lives are theirs, not yours to manipulate. Things become serious, especially with the rich and famous onlookers beginning to project their desires for idols’ lives. The onlooker does not realize that they have no idea what their hero had to overcome to achieve the level of success that they have.

Transitions

There is a tendency for individuals not to notice nor resist seasonal changes from one aspect of life to another. The word transition itself denotes progression, shift, evolution, or growth. I have shared with friends how much I am not too fond of life transitions. I do not mind the growth process, but because growth happens outside my control, it also applies to seasonal change. At times, transfer to a new, larger environment is necessary. Moving from one soil/place to another/transplant to another is traumatic.

Bring the Vision to Life

The intangible are the thing(s) you see when nothing exists. It is the figment of the imagination. Visions are dreams, seen in daydreams, and others stem from cognitive invention or inspiration.

The objective is too small if it does not scare the pursuant. A vision conceived is of little importance unless taking a chance is a more significant part of advancing.

Take a Risk

Leap, and the net will appear. The decision to move might have been concealed. Encompassing too many on the journey initially will prove too weighty for a burgeoning idea. Get things off the ground first and then incorporate others. Somebody might be considered crazy.

Resilience 

The ability to bounce back flexibility is essential in any growth process. Allowing oneself to be pliable is necessary to yield so that advances can occur. Emerging from a tenacious growth structure will be a favorable contribution to developing understanding toward employees and customers alike. Unwittingly, by the time one becomes a leader, he has been exposed to the elements that have already begun his formation. Most individuals develop an ability to bounce or rebound out of difficult circumstances.

Partnering

When you find trusted help, share the burden, reduce stress and ensuing negative health issues. Exponential advancement takes place by combining numbers with flow in unison. Developing a vision alone with God is imperative, but it has taken about eight years to bring it to the forefront. Learning how to safeguard ideas through legal channels is necessary. And the adage, two heads are better than one, remains valid.
